We finally have our own shop
Until now, we've always pointed you towards our trusted retailers whenever you wanted to buy our typefaces – partners we could always rely on, and who we're still grateful for. But from now on, you can buy our fonts directly from us. No detour, no middleman – just head into the shop, pick your license, done.
We're using Stripe as our payment processor, so you can check out with whatever payment method suits you best – credit card, PayPal, and more, depending on your region.
And speaking of which, the perfect keyword for the occasion is our CAPE Standard License, which we already introduced briefly in our last newsletter. Quick reminder: “Get all options at once” – it bundles all usage rights into a single package, so you don't have to click through ten different licensing models.
Come check it out – we're happy to finally be able to serve you directly.

New shop, new styles
We took the launch as a good reason to expand a few of our typefaces, too. First up: CA Superpilot Sans, part of the CA Superpilot family. The Normal width now comes with Condensed and Expanded companions – and of course, the whole thing is also available as a Variable Font. All together, that's 32 styles. A nice little story on its own.

A blast from the past, reimagined
Next up is CA Magic Hour, our evergreen from 2004 – a typeface that keeps getting bought again and again. Until now, it only existed in a single style. Not anymore: it now comes in four styles ranging from Thin to Black, including a Variable Font. What makes it truly special: across all four styles, every letter keeps its exact width. Switch from Thin to Black, and the rhythm of your text stays untouched.

Vegas, baby, again
Then there's CA Viva Las Vegas, originally from 2002 and already known for its extra features and a richer character set. Now it's finally available as a Variable Font – which honestly just makes sense. A light bulb font inspired by the concert hall signage of 1970s Las Vegas – the kind you'd see outside a concert hall on the Vegas strip in the 1970s, during the golden age of its legendary residencies – it comes in two styles (NIGHT and DAY) and five weights (Ultra Light, Thin, Light, Regular, and Bold), built on a layered system. Stack the styles, mix colors, and you've got a huge range of combinations to play with. New this time: the Bold style, perfect for the background layer, since its dots taper and merge together for a really nice effect.
